The room was a non smoking room but wreaked of cigarettes. The ladies in the room next to ours stood outside non stop smoking and talking through the whole night. We left after the first night and booked in a downtown hotel that was a huge upgrade. The carpet was wet from some unknown source. We will not be staying in a best western ever again.

Loud! Between unruly guests and traffic noise this was not a pleasant stay. Lots of guests smoking all over the property and leaving cigarette butts everywhere. The traffic noise was almost unbearable. Woken up on multiple occasions due to other guests fighting, yelling or blasting music.

The room was clean and nice. The breakfast bar was stocked and very good. Our first night began with the room next to us talking loudly up into 6 am. People going in and out. The front desk was called. Around 12 they were asked to settle down, but it didn't do any good. The second night was unbearable. Again loud talking, cursing and whatever drug they smoking poured through the vents in our room giving me a migraine. I heard very clearly prostitution deals being made by a pimp with men being sent to the second floor after paying. Another room several doors down also complained. We had a 8 and 14 year old staying with us. It was 10 degrees and snowing and our home furnace was broke down. The next morning we let the front desk know what was going on and we checked out of the hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 more nights. I guess Best Western would rather accommodate a prostitution ring than families.
